E(L)LE is an exploration of construction/deconstruction of trauma, using the body as a medium to present the development of a life. Drawing from existence as a Black trans*body in an attempt to decolonize identity and present vulnerability whilst maintaining agency over oneself.

Elle Fierce (they/them) is a trans* Non-Binary, British born Jamaican-Irish artist & activist, based in Germany. They are trained in ballet & modern dance, and have performed on stages around the world, particularly in the UK and Germany. Now a freelance artist, with a multi-disciplinary approach to performance, combining their activism and life experience as a black trans* body to create provocative, yet honest work.

Elle Fierce is the first artist in residence for the Participatory Residency Program by DEMASK Collective, Integrationshaus e.V. and the Akademie der Künste der Welt (Academy of the Arts of the World, ADKDW).
