Open Atelier with Elle Fierce

As part of the Participatory Residency Programme we are thrilled to announce an inaugural event by ELLE FIERCE!

Elle Fierce (they/them) is a Trans Non-Binary, British born Jamaican-Irish artist & activist, based in Germany. They are trained in ballet & modern dance, and have performed on stages around the world, particularly in the UK and Germany. Now a freelance artist, with a multi-disciplinary approach to performance, combining their activism and life experience as a black trans body to create provocative, yet honest work.

To share parts of their creative process as part of the residency program at ADKDW, Elle Fierce offers an open atelier. Elle Fierce will share different parts of their creative process including dance/movement, sound, costume and concept.

The dates for the open atelier are:
Thu 18 11 2021 | 4–4:30 pm | 4:45–5:15pm | 5:30–6pm

Venue: Filmhaus, Maybachstraße 111, 50670 Köln, 3.OG
The third floor is accessible by elevator
Admission: Participation is free of charge

Attendance is only permitted via registration with the target audience of qt*-BI*PoCs, please write a few lines about yourself. Due to COVID regulations, there is a maximum of 10 participants per time slot.

For visitors 12 years and older applies: Please provide us with a vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate or a negative PCR test result no older than 24h before your visit. Compliance with the general hygiene rules and the wearing of a medical mouth-nose protection is mandatory.
