A large part of the world of information and communication functions by invisibilizing the bodies operating behind the technologies. The filmmakers in this panel have worked on three different temporalities – the cases of telephone operators, Google Books workers and the internet content cleaners. The panel will further explore the logistics of shadow labor culture and various cinematic strategies to make them visible.
